Shell Command: Install ‘code’ command in PATH

Installs ‘code’ command to path. So you can open folder in vscode window with typing code . in terminal.

Developer: Open Process Explorer

Developer: Reload Window

Preferences: Open Settings(JSON)

Go: Install/Update Tools
